INVASIVE CLEARING ACTION NETWORK
How can we support each other to have a greater impact on clearing invasive plants to protect biodiversity and water, and manage fire risk?
The invasive clearing action network is open to local and voluntary groups and organisations involved in invasive clearing within the greater cape floristic region.
Together the network and its members are:
Sharing information with each other on species identification and good techniques, methods and tools to clear
Mapping which groups are active, what they are doing and where they work
Re-energising and building a sense of community
Helping new groups to get going with guidance and support
Sharing tips on motivating volunteers and teams
Spreading innovations
Estimating combined impact
Sharing volunteer pools
